Hair Fall Treatment

 Major reason for hair fall is stress and no sleep which happens to men and women. Lifestyle has a major part in changes in our food and diet. If we take care of of a balanced and healthy diet, there will be a major change in our health, hair and skin.

Rules to follow

1. Keep your hair protected from sunlight and wash your hair with a natural shampoo to prevent damage and keep your hair clean and free from sweat.

2. Add protein to your diet like eggs and protein rich vegetables, nuts, Soya Beans, Roasted chana dal etc.

3. Vitamin C is good for your hair to prevent hair fall so have a lot of Oranges and other Vitamin C rich fruits.

4. Green leafy Vegetables, Cheese and Eggs which are rich in Vitamin B are also good for your hair.

5. Iron rich food is also needed like Spinach and other green vegetables and fruits like Dates, figs and Prunes.

6. ustard Greens, Spinach, Brocoli, Red Bell peppers, Nuts and Tropical fruits are rich in Vitamin E which is needed again for good hair.

7. Have a good head massage with an oil rich in ayurvedic ingredients to open up your pores on your scalp and helps in circulation of the blood.

8. Keep away from late night parties and have a good night sleep every day and have your food on time especially your dinner.
